Chef Mimi is deeply rooted in a passionate commitment to curating exclusive and culturally rich content centered around Black cuisine and wine. In our pursuit of culinary excellence, we proudly collaborate with renowned chefs, sommeliers, and experts in the field — aiming to redefine and elevate the narrative surrounding Black food and wine experiences.
The Black Food & Wine Experience launched in Detroit and has traveled across the country celebrating excellence — from intimate vineyard dinners to grand tastings with thousands of guests. In 2026 we return to Napa Valley for our most ambitious chapter yet.
